We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAMILY CALENDAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
